Verdant

For centuries the Wood has slept in peace. Now a mortal threat has settled on its shores. They fear the Wood, planting and tending to their meager crops. Slowly, however, greed and curiosity begin to win over, as they cast furtive glances at the dark line of trees, considering what strange and bountiful harvests they might make within.

Verdant is a small turn-based strategy game.

This is my first Ludum Dare submission using Unity, after many years of holding out. I learned a lot!

All art, code, sound and music was created by me for Ludum Dare 52 in 72 hours, with the exception of the font, Alkhemikal, credited to jeti.
